Develops account strategies, facilitates compliant clinical discussions, identifies access barriers, collaborates cross-functionally, uses customer and market data to prioritize engagements, and drives product demand. Requires extensive biopharma sales experience, healthcare account expertise, knowledge of reimbursement and medical benefits, VA systems, regulatory compliance, and frequent territory travel.

Lead and coach a regional commercial team of Strategic Account Managers and Virology Care Specialists to execute sales strategies, build key account relationships with healthcare providers and academic centers, ensure compliant promotion, manage resources and budgets, drive revenue and growth, and align field activities with corporate functions.
