The Engineering Manager will lead an engineering team, focusing on technical leadership, coding, architecture, and enhancing user experience through collaboration and agile methodologies.

Lead multiple engineering teams to translate strategy into technical roadmaps, drive architecture and API design, coordinate cross-functional delivery, coach and grow engineers, measure and improve team performance, and adopt new technologies to enhance resident and associate experiences.

Lead cross-team AI engineering: embed with squads to build production LLM/agentic features, define standards, ship backend services, tune prompts/RAG, own observability, mentor engineers, and grow a shared AI platform.
