The Engineering Manager will lead an engineering team, focusing on technical leadership, coding, architecture, and enhancing user experience through collaboration and agile methodologies.

Lead multiple engineering teams to translate strategy into technical roadmaps, drive architecture and API design, coordinate cross-functional delivery, coach and grow engineers, measure and improve team performance, and adopt new technologies to enhance resident and associate experiences.

Lead and unify the Enterprise Data organization (30+ people), define multi-year data strategy, drive data governance and SOX/CCPA compliance, oversee delivery of data platforms (Snowflake, EDW, data lakes), manage budgets and vendor relationships, and communicate data priorities and outcomes to C-suite and the board.
