Lead multiple engineering teams to translate strategy into technical roadmaps, drive architecture and API design, coordinate cross-functional delivery, coach and grow engineers, measure and improve team performance, and adopt new technologies to enhance resident and associate experiences.

Coordinates national programs supporting property management operations across a large single-family rental portfolio. Responsibilities include developing processes, supporting program managers, coordinating with market teams and vendors, analyzing data and expenses, reviewing invoices, preparing reports, tracking KPIs, identifying savings opportunities, and maintaining best practices. The role is hybrid and requires at least three office days weekly.

Leads the data science function, setting strategy, technical direction, governance, and machine learning standards. Partners with senior leaders to prioritize analytics initiatives across acquisition, retention, customer experience, pricing, and portfolio performance. Personally develops and validates advanced models while leading production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Manages, mentors, and grows a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, ensuring reliable, explainable, and business-impactful decision systems.
