Support Workday deployments from project planning through production support. Analysts may design solutions, configure Workday, implement and test business processes, create reports, provide training, and support clients. Candidates develop expertise across HCM, Financials, Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking, Data and Analytics, or Integrations while building consulting, presentation, communication, and client relationship skills. The role is office-based initially, with potential hybrid work and travel to customer sites.

Lead the Workday Financials workstream for client projects, guiding scope, solution design, implementation, and cross-functional planning. Coach junior consultants, partner with project managers and engagement executives, manage budget accountability, resolve planning challenges, and communicate effectively with clients. The role requires Workday implementation experience, Workday Compensation configuration expertise, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Lead client requirements and design sessions, configure and deliver Workday Financial Grants solutions, support project consultants, mentor junior team members, and contribute to internal initiatives.
