Leads Workday Financial Spend implementations by conducting requirements and design sessions, configuring solutions, guiding consultants, mentoring junior team members, managing client relationships, and supporting internal initiatives. Requires at least three years of Workday Financial Spend configuration experience, implementation or project experience, strong Excel skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Support Workday deployments from project planning through production support. Analysts may design solutions, configure Workday, implement and test business processes, create reports, provide training, and support clients. Candidates develop expertise across HCM, Financials, Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking, Data and Analytics, or Integrations while building consulting, presentation, communication, and client relationship skills. The role is office-based initially, with potential hybrid work and travel to customer sites.

Lead the Workday Financials workstream for client projects, guiding scope, solution design, implementation, and cross-functional planning. Coach junior consultants, partner with project managers and engagement executives, manage budget accountability, resolve planning challenges, and communicate effectively with clients. The role requires Workday implementation experience, Workday Compensation configuration expertise, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
