Teams at Invinity Energy Systems plc

Commission and support battery energy storage systems globally, troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical, software, and controls issues, analyze operational data, optimize system performance, develop technical documentation and training, engage with customers, and support continuous improvement. The role requires approximately 30% travel, including occasional trips of up to four weeks, and collaboration with field engineers, customers, and internal engineering teams.

Supports manufacturing and mechanical/electrical assembly of vanadium flow battery systems across global projects. Converts engineering designs into documented build processes, manages production documentation and design changes, develops risk assessments, drives Lean continuous improvement, supports production readiness and capacity improvements, resolves manufacturing issues, defines tooling and fixtures, and ensures health, safety, quality, and PLM record compliance. Collaborates with Engineering, R&D, Procurement, Project Management, suppliers, and international manufacturing sites.

Lead energy storage projects from initiation through close, serving as the primary customer interface and coordinating internal and external stakeholders. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, contracts, claims, change orders, reporting, governance, and project communications. Present updates to leadership and customers, support technical issue resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery processes and standards.
