Participate in a rotational management training program covering marketing, sales, customer service, team leadership, campaign execution, and performance tracking. Receive paid training and mentorship, support assistant management duties, and progress toward management roles via performance-based promotions and incentives.

Conduct face-to-face marketing, sales, and fundraising for nonprofit partners: engage community members, build donor relationships, track campaign performance, attend coaching and training, and develop leadership and communication skills.
