Serve as first-line support for SaaS customers via phone, email, chat, and video. Monitor inbox and reviews, own CSAT and response metrics, troubleshoot product issues, escalate and document bugs for product, onboard and train new customers, maintain self-serve resources, and test new features while developing training materials.
