Supports daily operations of a 120-unit affordable apartment community. Responsibilities include rent collection, delinquency follow-up, leasing and waitlist management, resident relations, property and unit inspections, maintenance coordination, administrative work, compliance, and eviction coordination. The role also helps maintain occupancy, resolve resident concerns, coordinate with vendors and authorities, and ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.
