Teams at Investing in Women

Manage partnerships with two Vietnamese partners delivering gender-responsive aged-care innovations. Responsibilities include relationship management, partner performance monitoring, coordinating technical support, tracking deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks, maintaining documentation, and contributing to reporting. The consultant collaborates with the Vietnam Workstream 2 Lead, MERL team, and internal stakeholders in a remote, cross-cultural environment.

Leads the Investing in Women program’s communications and stakeholder engagement strategy across Southeast Asia. Advises the CEO and senior leadership, manages a geographically dispersed communications team, oversees brand and reputation, digital channels, social media, website content, analytics, budget, stakeholder relationships, and crisis communications. The role ensures alignment with DFAT communications expectations and delivers consistent, impactful messaging across countries and program workstreams.
