Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, expense reporting, vendor and facility management, event coordination, onboarding support, budget tracking, contract negotiation, and maintaining office safety, records, and reception duties to ensure a professional, efficient workplace.

Manage sales and use tax compliance across US and Canada using Avalara; reconcile tax data to NetSuite and GL; prepare returns, reserves, and reconciliations in FloQast; handle indirect tax notices and audits; support India tax transfer pricing, income tax accruals, and GST ETD reviews.
