Senior Business Analyst responsible for defining system scope, analyzing user and business needs, documenting requirements, translating specifications into actionable solutions, and supporting client-specific functionality. The role partners with strategic client teams, serves as a subject matter expert, prioritizes requirements, maps account data workflows, and provides guidance on portfolio accounting, performance measurement, managed accounts, and fintech solutions.

Own the Altic rulebook, technical specification, and participant agreement as network products. Establish governance and committee processes for proposing, assessing, approving, and publishing rule changes. Translate legal requirements into buildable technical specifications, manage waivers and exceptions, and drive consistency across participants. Serve as the external face of the rules through presentations, working groups, education, and adoption efforts. Build change-management capabilities using AI and collaborate with product and engineering teams to make rules enforceable in system behavior.

Drives net-new enterprise business and revenue expansion for wealth technology solutions. Builds self-sourced pipeline, develops account and prospect strategies, manages complex sales cycles, engages executive stakeholders, and closes six- and seven-figure deals. Partners with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Account Management to position solutions, create business value, forecast accurately, negotiate effectively, and achieve sales quotas across financial institutions.
