Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and manage daily NYC office operations. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, expense reporting, vendor and facility management, event coordination, onboarding support, budget tracking, contract negotiation, and maintaining office safety, records, and reception duties to ensure a professional, efficient workplace.

Monitor and manage enterprise batch job streams, own processing cycles, investigate and resolve job failures, lead incident bridges, schedule and change jobs, coordinate with clients/vendors, maintain runbooks and incident documentation, and support continuous improvement and disaster recovery testing.

Serve as a trusted advisor managing a portfolio of financial services clients to drive satisfaction, retention, renewals, and revenue growth. Lead onboarding, implementation, strategic account planning, needs assessments, contract renewals, and performance monitoring while collaborating with delivery, product, and internal teams.
