Oversee AML systems, controls, policies, and operations for private market and real estate funds across EMEA. Support onboarding, risk profiling, PEP and sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, investigations, regulatory change, audits, management reporting, and third-party administrator oversight. Collaborate with MLROs, Compliance teams, regulators, investors, administrators, and real estate partners to identify and mitigate AML risks and maintain regulatory compliance.

The Senior Digital Product Manager defines and delivers web experiences to enhance client engagement and support digital strategies. Responsibilities include managing the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing data for performance optimization.

Supports APAC real estate fund portfolio management through fund-level analysis, financial modeling, performance attribution, benchmarking, valuation reporting, budgeting, cash and balance sheet management, debt covenant monitoring, investor reporting, and transaction coordination. The role also manages portfolio databases, prepares investment committee and investor materials, supports fundraising activities, and improves reporting processes through automation and data management.
