The Regional Investment Compliance Officer monitors pre- and post-trade investment compliance activity across the Americas. Analyzes operational trends, identifies optimization opportunities, coordinates projects, prepares requirements and testing materials, and strengthens governance, SOX controls, audit readiness, and data quality. Collaborates with global finance, procurement, treasury, tax, technology, and external stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
