Provides executive administrative support to the Managing Director, Head of Enterprise Technology Services, and leadership team. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, organizing leadership meetings and events, reviewing expenses and invoices, arranging client meeting logistics, and serving as a confidential liaison for senior stakeholders. The role requires proactive prioritization, strong communication, executive presence, discretion, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Oversee UIT comparison and settlement, ETF and broker-dealer operations, NAV calculations, reconciliations, margin and collateral accounts, regulatory reporting, securities counts, and customer reserves. Supervise staff, maintain policies and procedures, manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, and support capital markets, corporate actions, pricing, and ETF operating-model initiatives. Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, and Investment Company Act requirements while driving cross-functional projects and operational improvements.

The Compliance Officer will support compliance functions, assist with regulatory filings, policies, trade reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders and initiatives in the Americas.
