Design user-centered experiences for tax, sales, and support products. Responsibilities include creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes; conducting usability testing; simplifying complex workflows; maintaining a scalable design system; ensuring accessible and compliant interfaces; and collaborating with product managers, developers, and tax experts in agile teams.

Reviews U.S. federal, state, and multi-state tax returns for accuracy, compliance, and tax-saving opportunities. Verifies computations, deductions, credits, schedules, and workpapers; resolves issues with preparers; supports IRS notices, audits, and client queries. Provides technical guidance and mentoring, stays current on tax law changes, and helps improve automated tax processes, software enhancements, and compliance workflows while meeting filing deadlines.

Prepare and review U.S. individual and business tax returns, extensions, amended returns, and estimated tax calculations. Analyze client documents, maintain tax workpapers, ensure IRS compliance, assist with notices and audits, and support tax-system updates and automated processes. Train team members, perform quality reviews, meet tax-season deadlines, and maintain data security and confidentiality.
