Leads US tax compliance and preparation operations, managing tax teams, workloads, quality, KPIs, processes, controls, audits, and client transitions. Reviews complex tax returns, provides technical guidance, supports peak-season resource planning, and develops team capabilities through mentoring and training. The role also improves tax preparation systems, establishes SOPs, monitors delivery performance, and ensures compliance with US federal and multi-state tax requirements.
