Lead the Walmart & Sam's customer supply chain relationship, manage a team of logistics and analytics professionals, own end-to-end order fulfillment and service metrics (OTIF, fill rate, in-stock), build predictive analytics and CPFR processes using Retail Link and Scintilla, drive continuous improvement, and partner cross-functionally to optimize cost-to-serve and execution.

Run bilingual (English/Spanish) new-hire orientations, recruit hourly manufacturing staff, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, support onboarding (background checks, I-9, E-Verify), maintain ATS and recruiting data, represent the company at hiring events, and perform administrative Talent Team tasks.

Partner with Independent Operators and Master Distributors to drive sales, merchandising, and market penetration. Prepare reports and KPIs, perform field/store visits and in‑store selling, facilitate trainings and quarterly meetings, resolve distributor/IO issues, run routes as needed, and support Sales Operations Director with planning and team management while ensuring safety, food‑safety, and contract compliance.
