Drive regional sales growth by supporting master distributors and independent operators, conducting frequent market visits (60% travel), ensuring product supply and promotional execution, providing route-to-market updates and strategic recommendations, and expanding regional independent account business.

Lead site quality and food safety programs, manage the QA laboratory and staff, oversee testing, calibration, and product disposition, drive SQF/HACCP/FSMA compliance, lead audits and cross-functional food safety teams, and support R&D and continuous improvement.
