Leads operations and maintenance across multiple regional wind energy centers in Oklahoma and surrounding areas. Oversees safety, compliance, maintenance optimization, technical issue resolution, employee engagement, budgets, operational data analysis, recruiting, training, audits, and site visits. Requires extensive engineering, operations, or maintenance experience, substantial management experience, significant travel, and the ability to work at elevated heights and outdoors.

Provides administrative support at an energy center by coordinating purchasing, invoices, payroll-related activities, records, budgets, reports, office procedures, employee orientations, interviews, and special events. Uses office software and databases to compile information, prepare reports, and manage communications. Requires strong organization, communication, computer, and teamwork skills, plus at least two years of administrative experience.

Leads Invenergy Services’ commercial growth in Brazil by developing customer relationships, identifying renewable energy services opportunities, and managing opportunities from qualification through contract execution. Negotiates pricing, scope, service levels, and contractual terms for O&M, field services, and major corrective work. Partners with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and customer solutions. Maintains key accounts, monitors market trends, manages CRM data, and reports pipeline activity. Regular travel across Brazil is required.
