Manage daily safe operation and maintenance of a 288.6 MW wind facility. Develop and enforce operating and maintenance procedures, recruit and train staff, prepare budgets and reports, procure parts, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, perform quality checks, assist technicians, respond to on-site emergencies, and coordinate with customers and suppliers.

Manage day-to-day Balance of Plant operations and maintenance for a 342 MW wind facility. Develop and implement operating procedures, recruit and supervise staff, prepare budgets and reports, procure parts, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, perform QA checks, and assist technicians as needed.

Lead fleet-wide governance for incident management and nonconformance programs, ensuring risk-based investigations, corrective action effectiveness, and Intelex documentation. Provide hands-on quality execution and improvement at the Central Machine Shop, support investigations, partner with Engineering/Operations/EHS, analyze trends, and facilitate enterprise governance forums. Senior individual contributor role with up to 20% travel; no people management.
