Manages strategic communications projects for clients, developing media and stakeholder engagement strategies, communications plans, pitches, social and web content, briefing materials, and thought leadership. Researches complex business and national security policy issues, manages competing workstreams and junior staff, supports new business efforts, and coordinates deliverables. The role requires strong writing, editing, research, project management, media relations, digital communications, and client management skills.

Lead communications strategy and media relations for technology clients, including executive positioning, messaging, thought leadership, crisis preparedness, and integrated campaigns. Build reporter relationships, secure meaningful coverage, counsel founders and executives, manage client workstreams, develop communications infrastructure, lead teams, and contribute to business development. The role requires strong writing, editorial judgment, technology and policy fluency, and proficiency with media databases and Microsoft Office.

Oversee the firm's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems administration, technical support, vendor and resource management, and strategic IT planning. Lead network, hardware, software, cloud, backup, disaster recovery, access management, and office technology implementations. Manage and mentor IT staff, support employee onboarding and offboarding, maintain policies and documentation, and advise leadership on technology risks and investments. This is a full-time, in-person leadership role with occasional evening and weekend work.
