Owns the company’s timekeeping and labor-charging compliance program across business units and government contracts. Reviews timecards, charge codes, corrections, exceptions, overtime, and payroll inputs; investigates discrepancies; maintains controls and audit-ready documentation; develops compliance dashboards; supports audits and remediation; delivers training; and partners with Payroll, HR, Legal, Contracts, and Finance on wage-and-hour and government contracting requirements. The role also supports JAMIS and related system integrations and process improvements.

Designs and oversees spacecraft ground support equipment, testing procedures, transportation, and launch-site integration. Serves as test conductor, coordinating personnel, schedules, execution, documentation, anomaly resolution, and troubleshooting. Collaborates with external testing facilities and launch providers. Requires extensive spacecraft systems integration and testing experience, hardware assembly knowledge, aerospace or aviation integration experience, and proficiency with assembly tools. Occasional extended travel supports offsite testing and launch preparation.

Supports the development, testing, and real-time operation of a global spacecraft ground station network. Responsibilities include testing RF, network, cloud, and mission control systems; creating operational procedures and mission rules; troubleshooting; integrating ground software and automation; supporting verification activities; coordinating stakeholders; and operating mission systems. The role may eventually lead subsystem experts and participate in the full development lifecycle, from requirements and procurement through mission operations.
