Leads finance operations for joint venture and management services partnerships across a national healthcare portfolio. Oversees financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, operational analysis, partner management, KPI development, process improvement, governance, and executive reporting. Manages finance teams and collaborates with hospital partners, operations, accounting, revenue cycle, executive leadership, and private equity stakeholders to support growth, profitability, scalability, and financial controls.

Performs CT and X-ray imaging procedures, screens and prepares patients, obtains diagnostic-quality images, follows radiation safety standards, maintains equipment and documentation, and supports patient care. The technologist also assists with CT protocols, software upgrades, training, and delegated clinical tasks such as venipuncture, laboratory operations, vital signs, and EKGs. This is a PRN overnight role requiring Texas MRT licensure, ARRT registration, and BLS certification.

Leads non-physician clinical staff in an emergency and urgent care setting. Responsibilities include staffing, onboarding, scheduling, training, mentoring, performance management, quality improvement, regulatory readiness, patient satisfaction, reporting, and collaboration with hospital and organizational leadership. The manager also promotes teamwork, compliance, cultural engagement, and a clean, patient-centered care environment.
