Lead and manage non-physician clinical staff for a freestanding ER/urgent care in partnership with hospital leadership. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, staff evaluations, quality assurance, performance improvement, regulatory preparedness, reporting, patient satisfaction, community outreach, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and accreditation standards. Provide leadership, mentoring, and support for clinical operations and the customer service experience.

Support implementation and optimization of new ER and urgent care facilities: observe operations, coach clinical staff, troubleshoot workflows, lead pre-opening training, run efficiency projects, communicate performance to stakeholders, and deliver post-implementation recommendations.

Lead the Implementations Project Management team delivering multiple concurrent hybrid ER & urgent care facility implementations. Manage timelines, stakeholders, vendors, and hospital partners; drive process improvements, scale new site openings, ensure client satisfaction, and achieve financial and operational goals.
