Supports order fulfillment and unit operations by preparing, packing, labeling, tracking, and shipping customer orders and replacement devices. Maintains inventory records, organizes supplies, verifies quantities, monitors stock, coordinates carrier drop-offs and pickups, and keeps work areas clean. Collaborates with customer support, sales, and technical teams on special requests, hardware recycling, program shipments, and device-related needs.

The Growth Marketing Specialist will manage digital and community marketing executions, focusing on lifecycle email campaigns, event coordination, and marketing asset deliveries while optimizing customer engagement initiatives.

Launch and run a beta user testing program in Japan: recruit, screen, and onboard older adult participants; create program materials and communications; collect and synthesize feedback via surveys and phone calls; provide first-line technical support and coordinate hardware logistics; escalate issues to HQ and maintain regular status reporting.
