Design, implement and maintain deployment pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform). Manage and monitor cloud platform infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker), set up country and function data lakehouses, automate CI/CD and scaling, advise stakeholders on best practices, and collaborate with architects, data engineers and BI developers.

Operate and stabilize the Genesys Cloud CX platform across multiple European countries: implement and develop features, manage incidents, troubleshoot integrations and telephony, collaborate with IT teams, propose improvements, and support deployments and automation.

Analyze non-performing loan data to identify trends, optimize portfolio performance and recovery, design reporting packages and data zones, implement KPIs/SLAs, automate operational and investor reports, and support securitization planning and recovery model design.
