Lead end-to-end enterprise B2B sales, develop and close complex multi-stakeholder opportunities, build C-suite relationships, design tailored solutions with internal teams, manage pipeline in Salesforce, represent Intrum externally, and ensure FCA Consumer Duty alignment.

Coordinates software testing across IT projects, including test strategy, planning, SIT, UAT, regression, integration testing, defect management, quality reporting, documentation, audit evidence, and stakeholder sign-off. Collaborates with project managers, developers, vendors, business users, and IT teams to ensure compliant, high-quality solutions and operational readiness. Supports continuous improvement of testing methodologies, tools, and quality assurance practices.

Manages portfolio sale transactions, securitizations, due diligence, data rooms, investor reporting, and portfolio analysis. Coordinates legal, financial, and operational stakeholders; prepares transaction and investor materials; monitors SLAs, KPIs, market trends, and transaction milestones. Supports investor outreach, roadshows, business development, client presentations, and new servicing mandates while delivering analyses and reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
