Develop alerting and incident response procedures while bridging Data Science and Platform Engineering teams.

Designs, develops, and maintains data integration and migration solutions, including ETL processes, APIs, automated workflows, data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and transformation. Troubleshoots integration issues, maintains documentation and data dictionaries, supports automation, and ensures compliance with governance, privacy, and security standards. Collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements and support enterprise system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing operations.

Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers experiencing financial difficulty, investigate debt details, and provide tailored repayment solutions. Deliver empathetic, compliant service under Consumer Duty requirements, accurately document conversations, manage complaints, and support customers across various financial products. The role requires varied shifts, initial office-based training in Glasgow, and later hybrid working.
