Lead QA strategy and test planning for a data platform. Design, build and maintain automated API/data/pipeline tests; validate end-to-end data flows and Databricks pipelines; refactor or replace Java+Cucumber framework; perform infra validation; coordinate testing with engineers, DevOps and stakeholders and promote QA best practices.

Analyze non-performing loan data to identify trends, optimize portfolio performance and recovery, design reporting packages and data zones, implement KPIs/SLAs, automate operational and investor reports, and support securitization planning and recovery model design.
