Teams at Intropic

Lead technical onboarding and implementation of equity rebalance datasets for institutional clients across APAC. Answer product and index-methodology questions, train users, support trials and evaluations, monitor subscription usage, resolve issues, and relay client feedback to internal research and engineering teams. The role offers a path toward commercial account management, including renewals, expansion, and new client acquisition, while helping establish Intropic’s Hong Kong presence.

Ten-week internship combining financial research, client-facing support, and software engineering. Responsibilities include debugging Python, developing REST APIs and data pipelines, building Python libraries, deploying infrastructure and production code, monitoring systems, testing bespoke client solutions, supporting research functionality, clarifying requirements, and presenting product progress to stakeholders. The role requires independent problem-solving, cross-functional communication, and an entrepreneurial approach in a fast-paced capital-markets technology startup.

Analyze market-moving corporate events, public company news, regulatory filings, and investor materials. Validate automated model outputs, write research reports and content notes, communicate findings to clients, and improve research processes and data quality. The role requires strong finance and capital markets interest, analytical thinking, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work under time pressure with incomplete information.
