Provide responsive client service to banks and financial institutions by resolving inquiries, supporting onboarding and operational implementation, delivering customer training, and coordinating technology and process improvements. The role also handles administrative projects, document processing, and data entry while maintaining strong communication, organization, adaptability, and attention to detail. This is a hybrid position requiring two office days weekly in Arlington, Virginia, increasing to three days during the first 90 days.

Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while managing front desk communications, mail, packages, office supplies, vendors, and building services. Provides administrative support with scheduling, documents, invoices, purchases, onboarding, and records. Coordinates meetings, events, employee engagement activities, volunteer programs, and workplace logistics while helping maintain a welcoming, efficient office environment.

Lead regional sales efforts by building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, collaborating cross-functionally to tailor product solutions, tracking sales metrics, and reporting progress to senior management to drive revenue growth.

Lead design, administration, and optimization of SQL Server databases and reporting systems. Migrate SSRS reports to PowerBI, build ETL/data loads with Talend, write complex SQL/stored procedures, monitor performance, maintain backups/security, support production systems, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver data-driven financial solutions.

Join the Sweep team to design and execute test plans, build and maintain automated tests, perform manual and exploratory testing, validate data with SQL, test APIs and services, support CI/CD and monitoring, collaborate with offshore teams, and participate in on-call production support to ensure product quality and stability.

Design and govern end-to-end enterprise solutions focused on Java applications, AWS cloud, and AI/ML integrations. Produce architecture artifacts, lead reviews, guide DevOps and data strategies, and mentor engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, resilient systems aligned to business goals.
