Designs, develops, tests, and implements financial technology integrations using SQL and commercial or custom integration tools. Acts as a technical liaison among clients, financial institutions, IT, product, and application development teams. Defines requirements, creates functional designs, resolves production issues, supports customers, presents technology solutions to executives, and manages multiple integration projects. The role also evaluates technology partnerships and may provide support outside normal business hours.

Develop and maintain software and production databases for financial services applications. Responsibilities include SQL Server administration, database design, ETL, reporting migration, stored procedures, performance monitoring, security, backups, recovery, and production support. The role also contributes to application development using Java, C#/.NET, or Python; coordinates Agile delivery; documents data systems; supports cloud deployments; and leads modernization, troubleshooting, and technology improvement initiatives.

Provides hands-on technical leadership and architecture for Java-based enterprise business process applications. Designs reliable transaction processing, workflow, rules, data, security, and resiliency solutions; guides engineering practices; and partners with product, infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams. Leads responsible integration of AI and LLM capabilities, including RAG, inference, evaluation, monitoring, and security controls. Mentors developers and maintains architecture documentation without direct reports.

Provide responsive client service to banks and financial institutions by resolving inquiries, supporting onboarding and operational implementation, delivering customer training, and coordinating technology and process improvements. The role also handles administrative projects, document processing, and data entry while maintaining strong communication, organization, adaptability, and attention to detail. This is a hybrid position requiring two office days weekly in Arlington, Virginia, increasing to three days during the first 90 days.

Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while managing front desk communications, mail, packages, office supplies, vendors, and building services. Provides administrative support with scheduling, documents, invoices, purchases, onboarding, and records. Coordinates meetings, events, employee engagement activities, volunteer programs, and workplace logistics while helping maintain a welcoming, efficient office environment.

Lead regional sales efforts by building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, collaborating cross-functionally to tailor product solutions, tracking sales metrics, and reporting progress to senior management to drive revenue growth.

Join the Sweep team to design and execute test plans, build and maintain automated tests, perform manual and exploratory testing, validate data with SQL, test APIs and services, support CI/CD and monitoring, collaborate with offshore teams, and participate in on-call production support to ensure product quality and stability.
