Serve as the onsite front desk representative and office assistant, greeting visitors, answering calls, coordinating meeting rooms, handling mail and supplies, supporting onboarding, assisting events, processing purchases and invoices, and providing administrative support to departments and leadership to maintain efficient daily office operations.

As a Software Engineer at IntraFi, you will design, build, and maintain customer-facing applications, contribute to modernization efforts, and integrate AI technologies to enhance systems, ensuring performance and security.

The Operations Analyst will support financial institutions through onboarding, manage operational tasks, analyze data, and handle procedure documentation.

Lead design, administration, and optimization of SQL Server databases and reporting systems. Migrate SSRS reports to PowerBI, build ETL/data loads with Talend, write complex SQL/stored procedures, monitor performance, maintain backups/security, support production systems, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver data-driven financial solutions.

Work on the Sweep team to ensure software quality through manual and automated testing. Develop test plans, maintain automation, execute exploratory and database tests (PL/SQL/Oracle), validate APIs and platform services, support CI/CD and monitoring, collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams, participate in on-call rotation, and drive automation initiatives to improve reliability and user experience.

Design and govern end-to-end enterprise solutions focused on Java applications, AWS cloud, and AI/ML integrations. Produce architecture artifacts, lead reviews, guide DevOps and data strategies, and mentor engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, resilient systems aligned to business goals.
