Drive revenue growth for fixed wireless access, millimeter-wave, and point-to-point microwave solutions among German Tier-1 telecom operators and FTTH providers. Build executive relationships, generate pipeline, manage account and territory plans, negotiate commercial agreements, forecast revenue, protect existing business, and collaborate with technical, product, marketing, legal, and finance teams. Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events while maintaining CRM data and quota performance.
