Designs and debugs embedded hardware boards for telecommunications products. Responsibilities include mixed-signal and board-level design, schematic and PCB layout, lab-based hardware bring-up, testing, characterization, prototype troubleshooting, and consideration of firmware and system software states throughout the product lifecycle. The role may also involve microcontrollers, communication protocols, high-speed digital interfaces, EMC, component selection, and technical documentation.

Provide technical support and field implementation for packet microwave and millimeter-wave wireless systems used in mobile backhaul, fronthaul, and broadband networks. Responsibilities include installation supervision, antenna alignment, commissioning, network integration, customer training, troubleshooting throughput and performance issues, desktop and hardware support, technical documentation, and collaboration with engineering and R&D teams. The role requires extensive RF systems experience, networking knowledge, Linux proficiency, and travel to customer sites throughout the United States.

Designs and tests RF and analog hardware boards containing mixed-signal, RF, and digital control circuits. Responsibilities include circuit design, debugging, simulation, RF transceiver development, laboratory measurements, PCB design, and signal conditioning for microwave and millimeter-wave radio systems supporting 4G/5G backhaul and fixed wireless access. The role collaborates within an R&D team and requires strong problem-solving, organization, communication, and continuous-learning skills.
