Own client onboarding from kickoff through adoption for a patient engagement SaaS platform. Create onboarding plans, configure accounts, train users, track milestones and adoption, resolve implementation issues, identify risks, gather feedback, and transition clients to support. Collaborate with Sales, Tech Ops, and Product while improving onboarding processes and customer outcomes.
