Develop and enhance banking functionality on the Kony platform, maintain application components, translate business and technical requirements into solutions, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews and solution design, and support high-quality software delivery.

Develop and maintain automated backend and API tests, test backend services, analyze results and logs, maintain test plans and documentation, track defects, and collaborate with development and operations teams. The role requires strong Python and Pytest skills, REST and gRPC testing, Linux and Bash, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, SQL, Kafka or Kibana, and familiarity with microservices and machine learning.

Analyze complex datasets using statistical methods, regression, hypothesis testing, simulations, and time-series analysis. Build dashboards and reports with Power BI, Tableau, and related tools; validate outputs, investigate data quality issues, and identify trends and anomalies. Translate findings into actionable recommendations, conduct research, monitor reporting accuracy, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Use AI tools to support research, documentation, analysis, and quality-assurance workflows.
