Provides production monitoring and first-line operational support during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include responding to alerts and incidents, supporting AWS infrastructure, investigating logs and metrics, restarting services, maintaining Linux environments, assisting with CI/CD and deployments, troubleshooting web and application runtimes, supporting security practices, and documenting incidents and system changes.

Monitor production systems during assigned shifts, respond to alerts and incidents, investigate issues using dashboards, metrics, logs, and alerting tools, and support AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Linux environments, web servers, and application runtimes. Perform service or server restarts, escalate issues according to predefined procedures, assist with security practices, and document incidents and system changes. The role includes overnight European hours and occasional weekend shifts.

Develop and maintain Java full-stack applications and internal systems, troubleshoot production issues, implement bug fixes and features, monitor application performance, and improve CRM tools. Collaborate on requirements, code reviews, Agile/Scrum processes, and development best practices. Requires 2+ years of software development experience, Java, MySQL, SQL Server, GitLab CI, JIRA, English, and Greek proficiency.
