Provide operational and programmatic leadership for the Access Pathway Fellows network, coach fellows on fundraising, track progress against benchmarks, support regional Ministry Partnership Development initiatives and donor events, manage logistics and communications, assist with fundraising materials and reports, and collaborate with the Director of Development on strategic priorities and special projects to grow sustainable ministry partnerships.

Manage the full data quality lifecycle for constituent records in Salesforce: deduplication, merges, data appends/enrichment, imports/exports, vendor management, audits, governance, reporting, staff training, and supervise a team focused on CRM data hygiene to support nonprofit fundraising operations.

Provide part-time project coordination and meeting logistics for the Student Data Program while the PM is on leave. Schedule and run meetings, track pilot logistics, manage Teams communications, maintain action logs and documentation, report metrics to PMO, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep three work streams moving.
