Teams at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA

Provide operational and programmatic leadership for the Access Pathway Fellows network, coach fellows on fundraising, track progress against benchmarks, support regional Ministry Partnership Development initiatives and donor events, manage logistics and communications, assist with fundraising materials and reports, and collaborate with the Director of Development on strategic priorities and special projects to grow sustainable ministry partnerships.

Lead planning and execution of event function spaces for a national staff conference: manage space requests, vendors, catering, signage, freight, budgets, reports, and onsite coordination while supporting the Operations team and maintaining InterVarsity spiritual and organizational standards.

Coordinate recruitment, training, pastoral care, and supervision for InterVarsity Link field staff serving in Africa. Build partnerships with IFES leaders, manage administrative and financial support, organize orientations and ministry events, raise full salary through partner development, and represent InterVarsity in regional conferences and trainings.
