Supports new product introduction from project kickoff through production launch. Coordinates engineering, production, quality, customers, and project teams; reviews documentation; assists with DFM and DFT; manages phase-gate tasks; processes engineering changes; resolves manufacturing issues; and contributes to continuous improvement and production efficiency.

Leads the design and development of complex electronic, embedded, digital, analog, and electromechanical systems from concept through manufacturing support and failure analysis. Manages engineering projects, defines requirements, leads design reviews, develops test fixtures and procedures, supports proposals, collaborates with customers and suppliers, conducts root-cause investigations, and mentors engineers and technicians.

Supports defense customers throughout the order lifecycle, from RFP through delivery. Responsibilities include entering and maintaining ERP orders, tracking status and shipments, coordinating expediting, pricing, availability, credit, customer communications, documentation, reporting, and fulfillment activities across Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sourcing teams.
