Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC)

Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC) is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing the rapid adoption of clean energy and energy efficiency. It develops policy reforms, technical standards, workforce-development programs, and community-based solutions; helps states and local governments connect renewable resources to the grid; and creates pathways into quality clean-energy jobs while promoting reliable, resilient, equitable energy systems across the United States.
