Develops new business opportunities, builds relationships across Denver’s real estate and business communities, secures clients and partnerships, manages existing client relationships, supports proposals and presentations, and collaborates with operations to ensure strong client experiences. Represents the company at networking and industry events while contributing to regional business growth.

Manages accounting and financial reporting for assigned parking locations, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, client reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and sales and use tax reporting. Partners with Operations on budgets, variance analysis, and financial performance. Ensures GAAP and contractual compliance, supports audits, and improves accounting processes, controls, and efficiency.

Supports day-to-day accounting for assigned locations, including month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements, management reporting, accounts payable, and merchant account administration. Partners with Accounting and Operations to resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and improve accounting processes and controls.

Lead end-to-end proposal development: analyze RFPs, write and edit client-focused responses, maintain content library, design branded documents, manage deadlines, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and improve proposal processes to win business.
