Manages accounting and financial reporting for assigned parking locations, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, client reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and sales and use tax reporting. Partners with Operations on budgets, variance analysis, and financial performance. Ensures GAAP and contractual compliance, supports audits, and improves accounting processes, controls, and efficiency.

Supports day-to-day accounting for assigned locations, including month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements, management reporting, accounts payable, and merchant account administration. Partners with Accounting and Operations to resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and improve accounting processes and controls.

Lead multi-state regional operations for Interstate Parking, driving profitability, operational excellence, client relationships, and leadership development. Oversee financial performance, staffing, onboarding of new locations, and implementation of scalable processes and reporting tools to support growth.

Lead end-to-end proposal development: analyze RFPs, write and edit client-focused responses, maintain content library, design branded documents, manage deadlines, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and improve proposal processes to win business.
