Balances supply, demand, labor, materials, capacity, and customer priorities; resolves shortages, bottlenecks, backlogs, and schedule disruptions. Analyzes demand and production data, reports scheduling metrics, communicates exceptions, and improves planning processes, tools, and systems. The role also supports compliance with manufacturing, quality, GMP, and food-safety requirements.

Sells flexible packaging products and services by servicing existing customers, prospecting for new business, conducting sales calls, preparing quotes and orders, and coordinating jobs through artwork, production, and delivery. The representative hosts customer visits, makes deliveries, communicates pricing and production issues, maintains sales records, and supports compliance with GMP, food safety, quality, and facility policies.
