Sell flexible packaging products by prospecting new customers, servicing existing accounts, producing quotes and orders, coordinating production and quality, hosting plant visits, making deliveries, and ensuring compliance with safety and GMP policies.

Lead and manage prepress operations for flexo and HP digital workflows, oversee flexo plate production, coordinate with sales/production/customers on job engineering, implement and test new software/hardware, maintain SOPs, quality (GMP) and color standards, manage staffing, scheduling, metrics, troubleshooting, and employee performance reviews to ensure timely, accurate proofs and plates.

Prepare, optimize, and manage electronic files for flexographic and digital printing using ESKO tools. Implement G7 colorimetry, analyze press fingerprint charts, build ICC/device profiles, calibrate proofing devices, configure HP Indigo jobs, perform preflight and VDP coordination, and maintain production file integrity and QC documentation. Provide support to supervisors and backup QA for LEN files while following GMP and facility quality policies.
