Supports customers by recommending industrial products, generating quotes, processing orders, following up on sales opportunities, and providing product guidance. Builds customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person interactions while coordinating with outside sales, warehouse, operations, and vendors. Maintains accurate customer records and sales activity and participates in training and branch sales initiatives.

Leads enterprise credit, collections, and accounts receivable operations; establishes credit policies, evaluates risk, approves limits, manages delinquency and bad debt, oversees escalations and write-offs, and improves cash flow. Develops finance teams, partners with Sales and Operations, administers Esker, monitors credit and collections metrics, and leads process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.

Develop and expand OEM customer relationships across Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Sell diesel engines, transmissions, and power solutions while identifying opportunities in industrial markets. Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to create application-specific solutions, manage vendor relationships, and maintain product expertise. The role requires consultative outside sales, technical equipment knowledge, independent organization, and approximately 50% travel with overnight stays.
