Build customer relationships and secure truck orders while managing the complete sales process through vehicle delivery. Responsibilities include processing documentation, tracking orders, maintaining pricing and inventory records, presenting and administering extended warranties, forecasting inventory needs, reconciling vehicle records, supporting sales initiatives, and coordinating with sales, parts, service, accounting, and operations teams.

Coordinates sales orders from initiation through completion, managing documentation, order tracking, inventory and pricing records, purchase orders, warranty packages, reports, and inventory reconciliation. Supports customers and cross-functional teams while assisting with sales initiatives, presentations, events, and special projects. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, analytical, recordkeeping, and deadline-management skills.

Leads new and used heavy-duty truck sales across two locations, including sales strategy, team recruitment and coaching, market growth, customer relationship management, manufacturer partnerships, inventory planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. Requires strong knowledge of Class 6–8 truck markets, proven sales leadership, business development skills, and a valid driver’s license. CDL experience is preferred.
