Manage and grow an assigned book of business by expanding product sales and new customer acquisition. Serve as primary contact for store owners, managers and distributors; perform outbound calls, meet call and conversion metrics, process orders, resolve backorders, coordinate with customer service and marketing, prepare business plans, and maintain CRM/contact systems to drive revenue and profitability.

Perform supply chain analyses and build business cases by gathering and interpreting cost, demand, and capacity data; create concise presentations for leadership; collaborate cross-functionally to define scope, recommend improvements, and drive projects to completion.

Front-desk and administrative role supporting distributor operations: AP/AR bookkeeping, invoicing, deposits, customer service, inventory support, dealer database maintenance, and periodic close tasks.
