Teams at Interstate Batteries

Delivers batteries to dealers and customers on assigned routes and urgent Hot Shot requests. Loads and unloads trucks, performs warehouse duties, assists customers and route managers, manages battery inventory rotation, completes reports and claims, and follows driver, safety, environmental, and PPE requirements. The role requires safe professional driving, physical lifting, basic computer and inventory system use, and occasional customer-counter service.

Leads and grows major national accounts, driving profitable sales, market-share gains, pricing actions, and customer relationships. Develops internal growth plans and external joint business plans, conducts business reviews, leads cross-functional teams, manages account deliverables, analyzes financial and pricing impacts, and resolves performance issues. Requires approximately 25–40% travel, flexible scheduling, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage strategic customer relationships and multiple priorities.

Manage the learning management system, including platform updates, courseware, curricula, assignments, user access, reporting, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and learner support. Coordinate classroom logistics, training registrations, materials, facilities, billing, and administrative processes for the Learning and Development team. Document workflows, maintain training resources, support workshops, and assist with special projects.
