Support the Revenue team with market and prospect research, sales tool adoption, CRM data governance in Salesforce, reporting and dashboards using Excel and BI tools, process optimization, and ad hoc strategic projects to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.

Provide sales support to Account Executives and Account Managers in a fast-paced OOH media environment: prepare contracts, proposals, media plans, targeting maps, presentations, handle invoicing/billing inquiries, manage inventory and pre-sale contract lifecycle, communicate with clients and internal teams, and help improve sales processes.

Lead and protect the Intersection brand by developing strategic creative across campaigns, video, motion, editorial, sales storytelling, and experiential touchpoints. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to evolve visual identity, produce assets, manage video/motion workflows, and introduce new creative tools and workflows. Deliver concept-driven design, motion, and editorial content for LinkNYC and broader DOOH products while building a robust asset library and supporting sales opportunities.
