Lead digital strategy and execution to grow brand awareness, engagement, and sales across e-commerce and digital channels. Manage campaign planning, paid media (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon), social content, performance tracking (KPIs/analytics), website optimization, and agency/partner relationships. Mentor a graphic designer and use data-driven insights to optimize ROAS and platform performance.

Design and produce visual assets across digital and print (social, web, packaging, displays, campaigns). Ensure brand consistency, support marketing objectives, collaborate with teams and external partners, manage multiple projects, and evolve brand identity while monitoring design and AI trends.

Lead engineering for North American plants, define CAPEX and engineering strategy, drive large projects from concept to implementation, ensure equipment and infrastructure reliability, build business cases, integrate new technologies, manage budgets and resources, and develop engineering teams while partnering with suppliers.

Support audits and champion payroll initiatives.
