Lead talent and operations functions including full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS recordkeeping, compliance with labor laws, performance management, benefits administration, office operations, vendor coordination, and planning/executing internal and external events. Leverage internal AI systems to streamline processes and support team development and culture.

As an Associate, you will serve as outside general counsel for early-stage companies, handling entity formation, venture financing, and corporate governance, while managing projects in a remote environment.

The Head of Manufacturing will lead the transition to scalable manufacturing capabilities, managing strategy, process architecture, and operational readiness for defense-grade components, while ensuring quality and reliability throughout production.
