Lead the launch and growth of a new vertical software company for critical infrastructure. Define strategy, go-to-market and operating models; recruit the team; raise capital; establish customer and industry credibility; and scale the business. The platform will use digital twins, predictive analytics, and asset-management technologies to help infrastructure operators assess asset condition, predict failures, prioritize maintenance, plan capital projects, and improve resilience.

Own the company’s talent function, including full-cycle recruiting, employee development, onboarding, HR compliance, benefits, performance management, and employee relations. Manage office operations, vendors, supplies, workplace guidelines, and employee and external events. Build scalable talent and operational systems, leverage internal AI tools, conduct proactive outreach, track recruiting pipelines, and provide operational and morale leadership in a fully onsite environment.

Translate Vandrel magnet wire material properties into motor-level performance gains, run customer engineering and design-ins, build thermal/electromagnetic/dielectric performance models, lead winding and insulation technical discussions, define initial SKUs, and own qualification and testing and customer-facing technical narratives.
