Own a portfolio of enterprise merchants post-go-live, serving as the primary strategic contact. Lead QBRs, account health check-ins, renewals, retention efforts, merchant support, expansion opportunities, and technical projects. Maintain accurate Salesforce and Jira records, reporting, and account dashboards while coordinating with Professional Services, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance. Build trusted relationships, resolve complex issues, and improve customer outcomes in a fintech SaaS environment.

Designs and guides enterprise payment integrations from architecture through go-live. Responsibilities include tracing payment transaction flows, identifying integration points, creating system and sequence diagrams, writing API integration specifications, leading technical reviews, and presenting recommendations to executives and engineering teams. The role also partners with sales, product, and implementation teams while ensuring compliant deployment of payment solutions.

Leads the company’s accounting operations, including general ledger management, financial reporting, monthly close, reconciliations, AP, AR, audits, controls, payroll coordination, budgeting, and forecasting. The role also drives accounting systems implementation, automation, process improvement, and scalability in a high-volume transactional environment while partnering with leadership and functional teams.
