Manage Salesforce leads, opportunities, customer data, pipeline reporting, and sales insights across the DACH region. Conduct market research, identify prospects, perform initial outreach, and coordinate client meetings for senior management. Plan client and executive events, support marketing materials, assist with executive administration and office operations, and coordinate onboarding for new hires.

Supports transaction services engagements through buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, historical performance analysis, quality of earnings, net working capital, debt-like item reviews, forecast assessment, and financial risk analysis. Participates in client and management meetings, business development, market research, proposals, and internal initiatives while developing transaction advisory expertise.

Support accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations across an international workforce. Responsibilities include maintaining confidential payroll records, preparing reports and statutory documentation, investigating discrepancies, responding to employee queries, monitoring legislative changes, ensuring compliance, and improving payroll processes, controls, accuracy, and service delivery. The role works closely with the Payroll Specialist, Global Operations Team, and wider People Team.
