Leads Travel Leaders’ Canadian affiliate network strategy, growth, sales, member services, recruitment, supplier partnerships, marketing, public relations, and operational performance. Owns the Canadian P&L, oversees forecasting and reporting, negotiates supplier agreements, drives member acquisition and retention, and develops teams and performance programs. The role requires strong executive communication, financial management, strategic sales leadership, and approximately 25% travel.

Supports partner marketing programs for hotels, villas, and in-country partners. Coordinates campaign assets, agency requests, project execution, quality control, website content, newsletters, and marketing materials. Tracks campaign performance, prepares digital analytics reports, recommends optimization, coordinates with sales and finance, manages invoicing support, and ensures adherence to brand guidelines and deadlines.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for Windows and Mac devices, software, printers, telecommunications, and remote users. Troubleshoot hardware, applications, VPN, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 issues; configure and maintain equipment; manage onboarding; document resolutions; create user guidance; coordinate with vendors; and participate in after-hours and on-call support. The hybrid role also involves process improvements, preventative maintenance, and occasional overnight travel.
