Supports Account Managers and Partner Marketing leadership in executing B2B and B2C marketing plans for preferred travel suppliers. Coordinates creative materials, partner communications, training opportunities, email content, member inquiries, performance analysis, reporting, budget administration, invoicing, and project workflows. The role manages multiple concurrent programs, collaborates with internal teams and suppliers, and helps track marketing results, revenue, and expenses.

Coordinates marketing projects and deliverables while producing branded digital assets, presentations, banner ads, microsites, and responsive HTML emails. Builds, tests, segments, schedules, and deploys campaigns through Acoustic and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Sources approved imagery, proofreads materials, tracks email performance, and collaborates with internal teams, travel advisors, and supplier partners.

Coordinates marketing projects, social media calendars, campaigns, and content production. Creates posts, reels, captions, and graphics for Meta platforms; supports advisor onboarding and community management; monitors comments and messages; and prepares performance reports using engagement metrics. Collaborates with internal teams, advisors, and partners while managing approvals, timelines, events, and operational requests.
