Leads architecture, upgrades, migrations, automation, monitoring, documentation, and incident management. Troubleshoots complex issues, supports ISO 27001 compliance, evaluates technologies, mentors engineers, collaborates with customers, and participates in an on-call rotation.

The role also involves customer collaboration, architecture design, documentation, incident management, mentoring, and participation in an on-call rotation.

Design, deploy, and maintain VMware-based cloud infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, and automation. Manage on-premises virtualized environments, optimize performance and costs, establish infrastructure standards, automate provisioning and monitoring, and support capacity planning. Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot complex virtualization issues, and maintain security and regulatory compliance. The role also involves customer collaboration, technical team coordination, and independently driving infrastructure improvements.
