The role researches and fact-checks stories, advises internal stakeholders, develops creative briefs, coordinates creative and communications partners, maintains editorial workflows, supports campaigns, and uses performance insights to improve messaging. It partners closely with empowerment programs and connects their work to broader organizational priorities.

Manage operations, workflows, systems, calendars, records, invoices, legal intake, contract reviews, compliance activities, vendor management, insurance matters, entity records, regulatory filings, and board governance support for a global nonprofit legal team. The role also develops procedures, dashboards, training materials, and process improvements while coordinating across teams and time zones.

Manage corporate accounting for Internet Society and Foundation: GAAP financial statements, monthly close, audits, Form 990, multi-entity and multi-currency accounting, grant accounting and compliance, financial systems oversight, and provide technical accounting guidance to finance team and stakeholders.
