Leads the programme’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategy, including logframes, theories of change, adaptive MEL methodologies, baseline development, data systems, KPI reporting, Value for Money tracking, and evidence-based adaptive management. The role coordinates MEL across provinces and outcomes, ensures GESI-disaggregated data, supports donor reporting, and builds government capacity to strengthen education monitoring systems.

Provides trauma-informed case management to refugees and eligible immigrants. Conducts intake and eligibility screenings, develops self-sufficiency and employability plans, coordinates referrals, advocates for client needs, tracks progress, maintains detailed case records, and collaborates with community partners.
