Lead thermal and mechanical engineering analysis for heat exchanger development, including stress, heat transfer, and fluid flow simulations. Guide products through design, verification, qualification testing, and technical documentation. Develop analytical models, support design reviews, collaborate on manufacturability and risk mitigation, and establish engineering standards. The role requires advanced problem-solving across mechanics, materials, fluid dynamics, and thermal systems.

Operate and set up CNC lathes and milling machines to manufacture precision parts per CAD drawings or instructions. Monitor machine operations, take measurements, inspect output for quality, perform routine maintenance, follow safety/PPE requirements, and lift/stand as required.

Lead a small engineering team through full product development of micro-tube heat exchangers. Own project planning, schedule, cost and risk management, coordinate manufacturing and customer communications, support proposals, and drive delivery to performance, quality, and cost targets.
