Lead complex accounting activities including monthly/annual financial reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, audit support, financial analysis, and process improvements. Provide technical GAAP guidance, mentor junior accountants, and support management with compliant, timely financial information and strategic accounting initiatives.

Operate and set up CNC lathes and milling machines to manufacture precision parts per CAD drawings or instructions. Monitor machine operations, take measurements, inspect output for quality, perform routine maintenance, follow safety/PPE requirements, and lift/stand as required.

Lead a small engineering team through full product development of micro-tube heat exchangers. Own project planning, schedule, cost and risk management, coordinate manufacturing and customer communications, support proposals, and drive delivery to performance, quality, and cost targets.
