Provide frontline hardware and software support, install and configure peripherals and workstations, perform routine system maintenance and inventory management, and offer telephone, in-person, and online support to end users.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of engineering, product development, and manufacturing projects. Maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and action items; attend meetings, prepare status reports, escalate issues, assist change management and project closeout, and ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.

Lead and manage QA/QC staff to maintain and improve medical device quality systems, ensure FDA/ISO compliance, oversee non-conformance investigations, CAPAs, supplier and complaint management, conduct audits and regulatory inspections, interface with product development and manufacturing, and drive continuous quality and process improvements.
