Coordinates offensive security assessments, consultant schedules, client deliverables, documentation, and service delivery operations. Supports KPI tracking, process improvement, team meetings, client communications, recruitment, and onboarding. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, negotiation, communication, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements while supporting a customer-focused, high-performing team culture.

Leads operational delivery and client coordination across Data Protection, Cyber Essentials, and Information Security Consultancy services. Manages Client Coordinators, service performance, capacity planning, KPIs, resource allocation, billing coordination, client escalations, and continuous improvement. The role also supports recruitment, onboarding, performance management, commercial targets, stakeholder relationships, and high-quality client service across multiple concurrent engagements.

Provide freelance ISO consultancy and lead audits for clients: deliver assessments, reports and presentations, recommend corrective actions, maintain client records, and continuously develop ISO management systems expertise. Work is remote with occasional on-site client visits in Ireland.
