Teams at International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT)

Lead end-to-end HR operations for CIMMYT India: recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, performance management, training, compliance with Indian labor law, employee relations, and HR database maintenance. Act as strategic HR partner to program leaders and oversee HR analyst support.

Lead CIMMYT's Dryland Crops Program, setting scientific strategy, strengthening partnerships and resource mobilization, guiding multidisciplinary teams to translate research into farmer adoption, resilience, and sustainable livelihoods across dryland systems, and representing the program in global forums.

Provide regional operational analytics and BI for BSD functions across Asia: build dashboards, extract and analyze D365/ERP data, monitor procurement, fleet, travel, inventory, support strategic projects, governance, compliance, training, and stakeholder coordination to enable data-driven decisions and process improvements.
