Lead AI security governance, including acceptable-use standards, AI tool and supplier risk assessments, data protection requirements, AI application testing, research-environment security baselines, threat monitoring, incident response, and staff awareness. The role partners with technical and nontechnical stakeholders across an international research organization and requires experience securing AI, machine-learning, or cloud data workloads.

Provides global technical and functional support for the Enterprise Breeding System and related digital solutions. Responsibilities include resolving user issues, onboarding and training customers, configuring workflows, managing and migrating breeding data, performing data-quality checks, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with technical teams to improve system adoption and reliability.

Leads HR operations for CIMMYT Bangladesh, advising management on workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, labor-law compliance, compensation processes, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee administration. Supports locally and internationally recruited staff, consultants, interns, and casual labor; supervises HR analysts and contributes to organizational culture and talent initiatives.
