Lead field-based maize breeding in Hyderabad, implementing genomic and molecular tools, ML-driven selection and analytics, integrating physiology and agronomy into predictive models, mentoring scientists, building partnerships, publishing, and mobilizing resources to deliver climate-resilient, resource-efficient germplasm aligned with global breeding strategy.

Manage and implement agronomic and farm operations at the Ludhiana research station, including crop planning, seed/grain production, labor and input management, recordkeeping, on-site technical support, safety and security coordination, budget and fund monitoring, and liaison with finance and supervisors to ensure compliance and efficient station operations.

Provide advanced administrative, logistical, and operational support to supervisors and science groups, including travel coordination, expense verification, procurement support, contract monitoring, payment processing, meeting coordination, petty cash management, report and presentation assistance, and support for program records and special projects to enable efficient scientific operations.
