Provide administrative and coordination support for recruiting, onboarding, events, and Talent Pipeline & Development operations. Manage calendars and inboxes, coordinate interviews and candidate logistics, support orientation and team events, maintain records, produce reports and dashboards, track metrics, assist VP and executive support needs, and help improve processes while ensuring confidentiality and timely execution.

Lead strategy and hands-on content creation to deepen and expand external prayer support. Develop spiritual formation resources, manage prayer content pipeline (Viva Engage), coordinate Global Prayer Gathering messaging and speaker coaching, integrate prayer into donor journeys and products, and cultivate external prayer network partnerships.

Support brand partnership efforts by researching potential partners, assisting outreach and communications, coordinating campaign logistics, tracking partnership performance, and providing general administrative support to the partnerships team.
