Teams at International Justice Mission

Leads and advises complex violence-against-women-and-children investigations across Latin America and Africa. Provides investigative oversight, evidence and interview guidance, case-building support, budgeting, protocol compliance, and mentorship. Designs training for law enforcement and justice officials on forensic evidence, victim interviewing, and trauma-informed methods. Builds partnerships, supports systemic reform, represents IJM in global advocacy, and prepares investigative reports and presentations.

Leads international adoption of global marketing strategy across Advancement Offices, adapting campaigns, brand standards, digital, direct-response, and storytelling channels for local markets. Builds regional marketing capabilities, coaches teams, coordinates insights and product adoption, and creates feedback loops between local offices and global leadership. Partners with executives in a matrixed structure, drives consistent quality and execution, and represents international marketing performance. The role requires up to 40% international and domestic travel.

The Design Intern supports IJM’s Creative and Campaigns team by creating marketing materials and internal resources. Projects may include global campaign assets, social media graphics, layout and graphic design, digital UX/UI, video editing, and illustration. Work is adapted to the intern’s skills and interests while providing hands-on experience. The role requires a 30–40 hour weekly commitment and collaboration with the Creative team.
