Designs and governs the global Salesforce platform and related enterprise applications. Leads solution architecture, integrations, APIs, security, data architecture, modernization, and scalability initiatives. Collaborates with product owners, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, analytics, vendors, and development teams. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, troubleshooting, quality assurance, documentation, and support across the software development lifecycle. The role also communicates technical proposals to diverse stakeholders and manages multiple initiatives and application support needs.

Lead rewards programs, compensation and mobility initiatives, HR policy governance, employment regulatory compliance, and related reporting. Serve as an employment-law subject matter expert, manage vendors, develop training, assess risks, and improve HR processes. Provide consultation to regional and functional HR leaders while managing a two-person team and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Leads and advises complex violence-against-women-and-children investigations across Latin America and Africa. Provides investigative oversight, evidence and interview guidance, case-building support, budgeting, protocol compliance, and mentorship. Designs training for law enforcement and justice officials on forensic evidence, victim interviewing, and trauma-informed methods. Builds partnerships, supports systemic reform, represents IJM in global advocacy, and prepares investigative reports and presentations.
