Teams at International Institute of Rural Reconstruction (IIRR)

Unpaid remote internship supporting global programs and organizational functions, including fundraising, partnerships, research, project coordination, operations, advocacy, and communications. Responsibilities may include preparing proposals and reports, conducting research, organizing information, supporting project implementation and monitoring, developing communications materials, and assisting global teams. Interns work consistent New York/East Coast business hours in either a full-time three-month or part-time six-month format.

Lead and manage field implementation of regenerative agriculture, school feeding, livelihood and community enterprise activities across Southern Luzon. Supervise and mentor field coordinators; coordinate with LGUs, schools, cooperatives and suppliers; manage logistics, monitoring, reporting, safeguarding compliance, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of project outputs and donor requirements.

Lead and oversee IIRR Philippines country operations, implement country strategy, secure funding, ensure financial and programmatic integrity, strengthen partnerships, represent IIRR with stakeholders, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance, risk management, and quality across projects focused on climate resilience, food systems, education, biodiversity, and community health.
