Leads day-to-day execution of IINE’s Lowell capital campaign, including campaign strategy, project planning, prospect and donor coordination, fundraising materials, dashboards, forecasts, gift tracking, reporting, events, tours, and volunteer engagement. Partners with executives, fundraisers, board members, Finance, Communications, Facilities, and site leadership to advance major gifts, manage campaign risks, maintain data quality, and guide the campaign from quiet phase through launch, completion, recognition, and stewardship.

Leads prospect identification, research, qualification, portfolio strategy, moves management, Salesforce data integrity, dashboards, and fundraising analytics. The role translates donor and prospect intelligence into actionable recommendations for fundraisers and leadership, supports pipeline development, analyzes acquisition and engagement trends, and establishes data standards and quality controls. It collaborates across advancement and organizational teams while preparing prospect profiles, meeting briefs, campaign lists, and strategic reports.

The Budget Director leads organization-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and internal reporting. Responsibilities include annual and multi-year planning, scenario modeling, budget-to-actual and variance analysis, fund mapping, cost allocation, grant and contract tracking, financial dashboards, fund accounting coordination, and compliance reporting. The role partners with finance, programs, advancement, and operations leaders; supervises a Budget Analyst; improves financial processes; and supports resource allocation and long-term sustainability.
